Stated their size L/7 when measured while lying and across the front only the waistband is 13 inches, when fully stretched the waistband is 19 inches, should fit 37-38 inches comfortably

Good to very good vintage condition, there is a slight ripple in waistband at left side, see photos, nothing major.
