Stated a size 8..when measured while lying flat and across the front only the waistband is 12 inches, when fully stretched the waistband is 15 1/4 inches, should fit 28-30 inches comfortably
Excellent condition with the exception of minor scrape to the fabric, front panel near top center, nothing major or distracting
